Q: How can I access pictures? A:

  1. Click View Gallery at low left corner
  2. Click ASC 15s JO Qualifier 3-29-08 to expand the folder
  3. Click your desired sub-folder to view pictures

Q: Can I order pictures and how? A: Yes, players, their faimilies and the teams will be able to order their own pictures. While viewing the pictures, you can use "add/view cart" shopping cart feature to purchase photos. The online order system is pretty self-explanatory.

Q: Can I pay with a credit card? A: Yes, if you choose google check on checkout page, it will lead you to google checkout page. All your credit card information will be handled by google. If you do so, please make sure your window pop-up block funcation is disable. If the google checkout window gets blocked, your payment will NOT go through and the shopping cart will not be saved although you will receive an invoice. You will have to replace a new order.

Q: Can I pay with a check? A: Yes, if you choose email order on checkout page, you will be receiving an invoice and i will email you the payment information within hours. If you user AOL service and do NOT receive my follow up email in 24 hours, please look for it in your junk email folder. It could be mistakenly send to that folder. The sending email address is lenphotography@gmail.com. To make sure the smooth communication, please add this address to your address book if you like.

Q: What else can I do with your gallery? A: You will be able to write comment on photos (moderated) and rate the image you like. Please refer "?" help menu.

Q: Is there any way I can comment on your photography and service? A: Absolutely. If you are satisfied with my photography or/and servcie, there are two ways to leave your feedback. You can write a review in google checkout for my service if you go through google checkout process. There are some reviews there already. Or you can write your comments on the "comments" page on my main site.

Q:How can I contact you with questions? A: My preferable way is through contact me page on my website. Please put relavent frases of subject in subject lined.

Q: I didn't see my (my daughter's) pictures. What do I do to make sure you will get some shots of me(her) next time? A: Sorry about that. As I am very confident about my hotography, you don't need to pre-pay me to ensure the shots. However, more order from a team will motivate me to take more pictures of the players in that team. Also I can already take specific request from parents or players for them. Please CONTACT ME with your request before the game.
